Sil-Select Stock
Description
Sil-Select Stock is our home made stock solution for preparing density gradient system for semen preparation. Sil-Select Stock is an isotonic solution of silane-coated silica particles in a chemically defined, balanced salts solution with HEPES (pH buffer). Sil-Select Stock can be used in combination with IUI, IVF and ICSI. The density of Sil-Select Stock is approximately 1.12g/mL.

Extensive testing during the design of the product has shown it to be non-cytotoxic and non-irritant with a non-significant allergenic potential.
Sil-Select Stock is manufactured from raw colloidal silica, so we have full control over each step in the production process. We have developed a very accurate purification system which results in a very clean product with endotoxin levels below 0.5EU/mL.
